1. Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days of receipt (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping Method
* International Registered Air Mail: standard transit is 2–4 weeks worldwide.
* Expedited shipping: available upon request—please contact us at info@kazakhelements.com before placing your order to discuss options, transit times, and pricing.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees for International Air Mail are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Expedited shipping rates vary by carrier and service level; we’ll provide a quote when you inquire.
4. Tracking and Insurance
* International Air Mail shipments include basic tracking to the destination country’s customs entry point. End-to-end tracking may not be available in all regions.
5. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
Recipients are responsible for any import duties, customs fees or taxes imposed by their country.
6. Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. For address changes after ordering, email info@kazakhelements.com immediately; we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
7. Delays and Force Majeure
While we aim to dispatch within 5 business days, external factors (such as customs clearance, carrier delays or severe weather) may affect delivery times. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at info@kazakhelements.com. We will assist with carrier claims and, at our discretion, arrange a replacement or refund.
